Who should attend: Litigation support staff, paralegals, and junior lawyers seeking a grounding in the basic documents and procedures comprising a civil action

Learning level: Fundamental

This course is a multi-faceted introduction to the issues, processes, and procedures that all legal support staff must have a command of in order to properly handle files in the regulatory and litigation realm looking at the essentials from the perspective of what has to be done and why.

The program will emphasize practical knowledge and will examine core topics and issues that are relevant to all litigation and regulatory files.
