Multi-party litigation, and related multi-action litigation, often presents procedural, substantive, and strategic challenges that do not exist in two-party actions.

At this course, you will examine key issues in these complex types of litigation and learn tested solutions and strategies to help you better navigate and manage multi-party and multi-action proceedings.

This intensive one-day program will canvass the following subjects: pleadings and parties, third party claims, party and judicial case management, indemnity and insurance issues, multi-party causation and fault, mediation and settlement.
