A lot has changed in the workplace since the last substantive amendments to the BC Labour Relations Code in 2001/2002. Earlier this year, the Minster of Labour commissioned a comprehensive review of the Code, which has not happened since 2003.  Join Barry Dong and Sandra Banister, QC, members of the Labour Relations Code Review Panel, to get firsthand information on the panel's mandate, process, recommendations, and next steps. You will leave this focused one-hour session with guidance on how to tackle the lengthy 154-page report that was just released on October 25, along with deeper insight on upcoming policy changes that will affect your practice.
