This session will cover:
- background on number of cross-border transactions to the US
- background on US Immigration law and how it is affected by some US states' legalization of marijuana: precursor to nation-wide Canadian legalization
- review of current US policies’ effect on Canadians through case examples
- review of potential forms of relief
