Who should attend: Lawyers and staff looking for ways to maintain confidentiality and security while exchanging documents electronically.

Learning level: All levels

Lawyers frequently trade electronic documents with opposing counsel and clients to indicate changes and proposed modifications. This seminar covers the tools available in Word for safely emailing documents, comparing versions, tracking changes, and adding comments and other annotations. You will also explore third party applications which handle those tasks even better. Learn how to avoid metadata, when PDFs should be used instead of word processor files, and more!
