As a lawyer advising in the fast-paced world of business, it is important to be prepared to recognize, address, and know who to ask for help when ethical issues arise. This focused, two-hour course features four panelists who will each present fact patterns. You will have the opportunity to engage with the fact patterns by answering poll questions and discussing the ethical issues with the panelists and other attendees. Engaging and dynamic, you will leave this course with all of your ethics credits for the year in addition to feeling more comfortable handling ethical issues in your daily practice.
