This half-day course will help you become familiar with the legal framework of health care decision making, including Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), the forms, and best drafting practices. You will hear from lawyers and a physician about the day-to-day workings of the health care system and its challenges.  You will leave this course more comfortable in assisting your clients through this challenging and deeply personal area of law.
