Who should attend: Lawyers who advise businesses that have, use, and/or license registered or unregistered trademarks. This course may also be of interest to in-house counsel.

The Government of Canada passed Bill C-31, which makes significant amendments to Canada's Trade-marks Act. The new Trademarks Act is expected to come into force in early 2018. Join us to find out what you and your clients need to know about the new legislation.

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 1 hour (a minimum of 10 minutes will involve aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care, and relations, and/or practice management)
