Employees have access to a wealth of information that is confidential and integral to a business, such as price lists, business methods, customer lists, and trade secrets. When they leave, they take this information with them, knowingly or unknowingly, and can use that information to the business' detriment.
Join us to learn about:
- what protections are provided for in employment agreements and implied obligations
- how to draft effective non-compete and non-solicit provisions
- what can be covered by confidentiality agreements and implied confidentiality
- what additional duties are owed by employees who are fiduciaries
- what remedies and enforcement strategies are available
