When they leave, they take this information with them, knowingly or unknowingly, and can use that information to the business' detriment.

- what protections are provided for in employment agreements and implied obligations
- how to draft effective non-compete and non-solicit provisions
- what can be covered by confidentiality agreements and implied confidentiality

- what remedies and enforcement strategies are available
