This conference is CLEBC’s comprehensive annual program on personal injury practice for all personal injury litigators, junior and experienced, plaintiff bar, and defence bar. As in past years, the program will cover an eclectic mix of established and current topics ranging across a broad spectrum. A popular core component of this conference is the case law update: an encapsulation of the most important procedural and substantive case developments from the past year. As in previous years, this conference features topics in key areas, including practice and procedure, expert evidence, medical evidence, damages, costs, effective advocacy, mediation, professionalism and ethics, and law practice management. A central goal of this conference is to provide personal injury practitioners with valuable current legal and practice-related information from senior members of the bar.

CLEBC would like to thank Redress Risk Management for their generous support in sponsoring the live event.
