#MeToo and the groundswell of survivors seeking justice: how to effectively and ethically advance and defend civil claims of sexual violence.

CLEBC's inaugural course for litigators who have an interest in practicing in the complex area of civil sexual assault. This conference will cover important case developments, notable trends in the law, and critical practice issues including ethics, boundaries, and being trauma-informed. 

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 5 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management). Please note: The CPD hours of the rebroadcast will either meet or exceed the CPD hours of the original live webinar course.
