This course gives you the nuts and bolts of the recovery process post-judgment. Referencing CLEBC's British Columbia Creditors' Remedies: An Annotated Guide*, experienced faculty will show you tested and practical strategies to enhance your performance as counsel across a range of creditors' scenarios.

At this course you will learn:

  • how to effectively enforce creditors' rights
  • what pre-litigation steps to take to preserve for recovery
  • strategies for handling a range of creditors' issues
  • how to deal with judgments when acting for the debtor
