Who should attend:  All lawyers, law students, and other conflict resolution professionals seeking a better understanding of online options for practice from isolation. Suitable for paralegals.

Learning level: All levels

Isolation does not pause our clients' conflict resolution needs. In fact, increased anxiety and changed living and working situations due to COVID-19 have exacerbated many existing conflicts and given rise to new ones. What distance options are available to support clients in resolving conflict?

This course will help you identify resources available for your clients, provide you with knowledge to advise them effectively about options, and ensure you have the tools to support them in distance conflict resolution processes. Instructors will draw from their experiences in a broad range of practice areas including housing, commercial leasing, workplace and employment, and child protection.

CLEBC is proud to support wellness initiatives in the legal community. We are delighted to be able to offer this wellness webinar for $29.
