Easily accessible in a one to two-hour program, self-paced elearning provides video, quiz questions, and reference materials. The programs are available on demand for two weeks from your date of purchase. You work at your own pace, you control the video and question playback, you can stop part way through and your answers are saved. These programs provide CPD credit for working on your own, at your own pace.

Following up on the popular program on Procrastination, Allison Wolf and Derek LaCroix, QC explore the ways that perfectionism can sabotage you. You will understand how it helps, how it harms, and what to do when it crosses the line. This program is based on a CLE-TV course originally broadcast on May 28, 2013.
