This conference is the educational opportunity of the year for civil litigators. The comprehensive 2-day program will cover a broad range of topics from across the litigation spectrum, from practice and procedure to substantive law topics within litigation, to practice and professionalism. This year's conference will present an eclectic set of offerings: technology in trials, online dispute resolution, managing conflicts, class proceedings, settlement agreements, appellate advocacy, the 2010 Civil Rules, mobility rules, limitations, causation, and management of complex cases. Stay on top of the latest and greatest from the world of litigation with our lively program presented by a stellar team of counsel and jurists.
