Preparation, process, and skills for success
Outstanding lawyers know that clients expect results, not just adversarial bargaining! In order to be an effective negotiator you need to plan your strategy with your client's needs, interests, and objectives in mind. This course will teach you how to prepare, present, and respond so you can effectively negotiate even with the hardest of bargainers.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (a minimum of 1 hour will involve aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
