Back by popular demand, this course will take you through some common chambers' applications, processes, and legal issues common to most personal injury files. You will learn more about legal issues and best practices of piecing your evidence together and best practices for management of your claim, including best practices for scheduling IMEs, expert selection, functional capacity evaluations, cost of future care considerations including a discussion on concussions/brain injury.

This conference is CLEBC's comprehensive annual program on personal injury practice for all personal injury litigators, junior and experienced, plaintiff bar and defence bar. As in past years, the program will cover an eclectic mix of established and current topics ranging across a broad spectrum: the center-piece case law update, personal injury practice and procedure, expert evidence, medical evidence, advocacy, professionalism and ethics, and law practice management. The goal of the conference is to provide members of the personal injury bar with current practical and practice-related information on important topics and coming from highly experienced members of the Bench and Bar.
