Writing legal opinions is one of the most exacting and challenging aspects of a solicitor's practice, calling for skill, special techniques, and sensitivity to various potential pitfalls. An outstanding faculty will lead you through structured discussions about common issues, such as when to give an opinion and when not to, limiting the scope and purpose of an opinion, and how to choose the best wording. After this half-day course, you will deepen your understanding of principles and critical issues, as well as be alert to major areas of concern.
