Collecting money owed to your clients can be difficult and frustrating. Make the experience smoother by learning how to strategically use the arsenal of tools and processes available for enforcing creditors' rights.

This intermediate level course will teach you how to analyze the factors at play in creditors' scenarios and how to choose the most effective debt collection method for your clients' situation. You will learn the law and practical approaches to enhance your ability to get what your clients want: results.

This course will primarily reference CLEBC's British Columbia Creditors' Remedies - An Annotated Guide*, for which course attendees receive a 20% discount.

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
