Practising family law in Provincial Court comes with its own set of rules, jurisdictional considerations, and challenges. Benefit from the wisdom of experienced counsel and judges who will share with you effective strategies, tips, and advice that you can apply to your Provincial Court family law files. This course will cover a wide range of procedural, evidentiary, trial preparation, and advocacy topics. You will increase your competence and confidence in handling family law matters in the Provincial Court forum.

  • gain knowledge of the issues regarding financial disclosure, working with Indigenous families, and family violence
  • know how to navigate a child protection case
