Practising family law in Provincial Court comes with its own set of rules, jurisdictional considerations, and challenges. This course will cover a wide range of procedural, evidentiary, trial preparation, and advocacy topics. You will increase your competence and confidence in handling family law matters in the Provincial Court forum.

- gain knowledge of the issues regarding financial disclosure, working with Indigenous families, and family violence
