Who should attend: Anyone who sets up, administers or oversees trust accounts. Lawyers already familiar with the rules of trust accounting will benefit from attending the final two sessions on Common Audit Pitfalls and Communicating with the Law Society.

Do you trust your trust accounting knowledge? This five-part series is designed to help lawyers, legal assistants, bookkeepers, and accountants like you who set up or manage trust accounts to ensure that they comply with the Law Society Rules.
If you are new to trust accounting or need a refresher, join us for the entire series to receive an overview of all the key trust accounting elements you need to know. If you are just looking to keep up to date, join us for the final two sessions on November 21 to learn how to avoid common trust account administration mistakes, along with which situations require you to communicate with the Law Society (and which do not).
