Former gas station or dry cleaner site transactions. Bulk storage facility leases. Manufacturing plant sales. Distribution and industrial sites of any description. Liability for contaminated lands can be broader than you think. If you work on transactions that involve commercial, industrial, or residential properties, there is a chance that contaminated lands are involved. Join us for a brief overview of the legal framework for determining responsibility for contaminated land. We will discuss the idiosyncrasies of the BC regime and recent changes.
