"Expert" is a term people often incorrectly equate with concepts such as "objectivity" and "impartiality." However, you know as a litigator that expert evidence is disputable in court. Chaired by experienced cognitive neuroscientists, this course will help you improve your ability to identify and reveal biases, flaws, and strengths in expert reports and testimony. This fast-paced workshop will also teach you skills to effectively demonstrate and communicate these biases, flaws, and strengths to decision makers. You will leave this workshop with the confidence to make sound assessments and arguments regarding the quality of your and opposing counsel's expert evidence.
