Do you need to incorporate, maintain or transition a BC society but don't know where to begin? With all of the steps involved, it is easy to become disoriented when performing corporate record keeping under the BC Societies Act that came into force in November 2016. In this three-part series, experienced faculty will guide you through the preparation and filing of documents from corporate procedures under the Act. You will receive checklists, tips, prescribed forms, and precedents for incorporating, maintaining, and transitioning a BC society.

In this course you will learn:
- designation as a member funded society
- preparing your materials for transition
- altering your bylaws for transition
- filing on Societies Online on approval of your transition materials
- post-transition alterations
