This course will explore significant Canadian privacy law changes in the past five years including developments with BC privacy legislation along with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. You will also learn about the potential impact of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation on your clients. Come away from this course prepared to tackle privacy law problems in the new age.
