Should you pay down your debts before you focus on investing (e.g. real estate, RRSP, stocks, etc.)? At every stage of your career—whether you are employed, self-employed, or incorporated—this is one of the most important personal finance questions. Your answer can have a significant impact on your ability to accumulate wealth as well as your retirement readiness.
