8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Cecil Green House at UBC
6251 Cecil Green Park Road, Vancouver
Who should attend: Anyone wishing to gain and practice proven negotiation skills that will equip you to take on even the toughest negotiation.
Learning level: All levels
Too often, mindless reactions to conflict can turn a negotiation into a disaster. Don’t be a victim. Learn how to best prepare and inoculate yourself. Get the tools you need in a dispute over limited resources, and to build alliances to increase mutual gains. Learn how to make the most of third party interventions, and how to best prevent future outbreaks.
This workshop will sharpen vitally important negotiation skills for actual, real world conflicts. Popular culture commonly uses the zombie metaphor to explore greater truths. Come join us on Hallowe'en as we apply the zombie metaphor to negotiations. Become a better negotiator, whether it be with the living or the undead.
There will be NO course materials distributed electronically.
