Learning level: All levels

This conference is CLEBC’s annual event for insurance counsel and their insurance industry counterparts. As with past conferences, the program will cover important case developments, critical practice issues, notable industry trends, and will feature valuable practice tips for the conduct and management of insurance files. • impact and the issues for insurance created by the "sharing economy"
  • issues and nuances of mediation in the insurance context
  • the basics of handling an insurance defence case through the lens of an arson claim
