Who should attend: Lawyers practicing in the area of estate litigation. This course may also be of interest to wills and estates solicitors and general practitioners.

Learning level: Intermediate/Advanced

There are many complexities to estate matters that go into litigation and need resolution through the courts, arbitration, or mediation. These challenges arise from the new WESA as well as common law developments respecting wills, trusts, and their administration. Join our experienced faculty as they share the practical skills and academic knowledge that are critical in providing effective counsel to clients who are in estate disputes.

After taking this course you will:

  • be up-to-date on the new cases, developments and trends in estate litigation.
  • have current information on many topics applicable to your practice.
  • be aware of changes as a result of WESA.

This course will be paired with the course Estate Planning Update 2016 to form the Wills, Estates & Trusts Conference 2016. Take both courses and SAVE! See below for special pricing, and click here to register for both.
