  • the effects of the new legislation so far
  • compliance during and after the transition period for the new legislation
  • the sections that come into force in January 2015 and how to advise your clients on compliance

This is the 1st course in the Business & Technology series, a 5-part CLE-TV series on legislative updates and how they affect your client’s business, common technology, intellectual property and privacy issues that business lawyers face, and best practices for managing information in this digital age for both your clients and your own practice.
