This course will give you the valuable information you need to excel in your expanded role as a Designated Paralegal.  Hear from our panel of experts about issues including pitfalls to watch out for when giving legal advice, handling difficult client interviews, and subtle mistakes made that can cause difficulties for your supervising lawyer. Those not yet designated will get tips from experienced designated paralegals about how to pitch the idea to your supervising lawyer.

Whether you work for a litigator or solicitor, by attending this course you will be an asset to your firm, supervising lawyer, and the clients you serve. Lawyers who attend will learn about their role and accountability when allowing their paralegal to become designated.
